Following a free telephone consultation, we will arrange a time to meet in person with you and your family to gain a comprehensive understanding of your health care requirements, social interests, and financial objectives. Your unique needs serve as the compass guiding our efforts.

Personalized Options

Once we've identified your preferences, we work diligently to narrow down the best senior living options available. Our goal is to match you with communities that align with your specific needs, while ensuring the best levels of care and services provided.

In-Depth Community Tours

Joy Community Company doesn't just stop at providing options—we take it a step further. We arrange tours for you to visit potential communities, and we accompany you on every tour. With our expertise and community relationships, we make sure that the right questions are asked, and that you receive all of the necessary information to make informed decisions.

Your Advocate Throughout

After choosing the community that feels like the right fit, we will negotiate on your behalf, identifying additional ways to help save you money. We act as the liaison between you and your family, and the chosen community. If your transition involves moving from a hospital or rehabilitation stay, we collaborate with social workers and other health care providers to gather all necessary information, ensuring a smooth transition.

Our commitment doesn't end on move-in day. We continue to be your advocate, making certain that everything aligns with your expectations. We are there for you and your family every step of the way, providing ongoing support and resources while ensuring a seamless and positive experience in your new community.

Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)

The Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® is the leading certification for professionals serving older adults, and is a designation awarded to qualified individuals. Earning the CSA certification requires individuals to pass a rigorous exam and to uphold the highest ethical standards for the benefit and protection of the health and welfare of seniors. CSAs are multidisciplinary professionals who have demonstrated advanced knowledge in the multiple processes of aging.
